Terms & conditions 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, services, treatments, events, and purchases made at Rokoko Hub. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Bookings & Payments

  • All appointments, treatments, events, and services must be booked in advance.
  • A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable and are deducted from the total cost of your service unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change; however, due to high demand, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • No cancellations or changes are permitted within 3 days (72 hours) of your appointment.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your appointment, and your booking fee will be transferred to your future booking.
  • If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged the full remaining balance of the treatment or service.
  • Failure to attend (no-show) will result in being charged in full for the appointment.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment, with the full charge still applying.

Refunds

  • All services and treatments are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Gift vouchers, booking fees, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers can be redeemed against eligible services, treatments, food, drink, or events at Rokoko Hub.
  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Expiry dates (if applicable) will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Events & Private Hire

  • Tickets for events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Rokoko Hub.
  • Private hire bookings are subject to separate terms, including deposit requirements and minimum spend, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment.
  • Rokoko Hub reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

Behaviour & Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate manner.
  • Respectful behaviour towards staff and other guests is expected at all times.

Changes to Terms

  • Rokoko Hub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
